IAAPA Expo’s new interactive floorplan and directory make it easier than ever for attendees to find you.

Make the most of your visibility by updating your Exhibitor Profile with:

A clear company description
Relevant keywords
Accurate product categories

To update your profile, log in to the Exhibitor Resource Center and click on “Description” or “Exhibitor Categories” under the Complete Your Profile section.

Exhibitor Guest Invitations Now Available!

The Exhibitor Guest Program ensures your customers and prospects can attend the trade show—as your guest—for free. This is an excellent way for you to provide a personalized benefit to customers, increase your visibility, and strengthen your relationships with them at IAAPA Expo 2025. Both IAAPA members and non-members registering with an Exhibitor Guest Code will receive free admission to the expo.

Refer to the Exhibitor Guest Program page for instructions on sharing your invite code and to review all information related to the program. Your booth will need to be paid in full to take advantage of the Exhibitor Guest Program.

Customize Your Exhibitor Checklist
Under the Exhibitor Deadlines / To Do List section of the Exhibitor Resource Center, click on “Exhibitor Checklist” to view all the required and optional items that are associated with exhibiting at IAAPA Expo 2025. Customize the checklist to your preferences by sorting according to Item Details or Due Date, check completed items off, hide items that do not pertain to your booth, and setup email reminders.

Unauthorized Vendors & Fake Mailing Lists
Some companies may contact you pretending to be official IAAPA vendors or housing providers. Always check the official vendor list or contact Exhibitors@IAAPA.org before doing business. Non-official contractors need to be approved by IAAPA to access the show floor, and there may be hidden costs such as material handling fees that need to be paid.

IAAPA does not sell or release attendee contact lists. Any offers claiming otherwise are scams. The best way to connect with attendees is through Connect+, IAAPA Expo’s official mobile app for networking, messaging, and scheduling meetings.
