Don't Miss Your Opportunity to Make Headlines at IAAPA Expo 2026
Do you have a groundbreaking product launch, major company milestone, or industry-shaping announcement to share? IAAPA invites exhibiting companies with significant and newsworthy updates to apply for a press conference during IAAPA Expo 2026 in Orlando. Carefully review the Press Conference Guidelines and submit your request by Oct. 2.
If job seekers stop by your booth, point them to IAAPA Central in the West Building (W971). There, they will find career resources including the IAAPA Career Center, which connects candidates with jobs and internships across the industry.
We also recommend displaying a QR code in your booth linking to the IAAPA Career Center or your own job board. It gives future industry professionals a clear next step without disrupting your flow of business.
