Exhibitor Services Guide
The Exhibitor Services Guide (ESG) has everything you need to be prepared for a successful show. Be sure to review all information carefully—including materials from GES, the Orange County Convention Center, and our official contractors—to avoid delays during move-in or setup.

Exhibitor Resource Center
Your Exhibitor Resource Center for IAAPA Expo 2025 is now open and available for you to access. Here, you will be able to easily access the Exhibitor Services Guide, your Registration Dashboard to:

Register your staff

Purchase special ticketed events

Send customers complimentary invites

Complete required forms and your Booth Profile

Monitor exhibitor deadlines

Mark completed items off your checklist
Are there other people in your organization that should receive Exhibitor Bulletins? If so, make sure they are added to your Users list. In your Exhibitor Resource Center, click on “Users” in the left menu, then click the “Add New User” button at the top. |
Booth Designs
Now is an excellent time to confirm that your booth design complies with IAAPA Expo’s Booth Display Specifications for your specific booth type.
ALL exhibitors are REQUIRED to complete and submit the Booth Layout Form by Sept. 12 regardless of booth size. Additional information is required for booths that are 20ft x 20ft (6.10m x 6.10m) or larger, feature an inflatable of any size, or are requesting a variance to the booth design specifications.
Please remember that IAAPA Expo is a cubic content show. Exhibitors are permitted to fully occupy the width and depth of the booth footprint up to the maximum allowable height based for your specific booth type. There is no height restriction based on sight lines within your booth space. |
