Following last year’s success, IAAPA is continuing with our IAAPA Expo Insider Secrets webinar series. Join us for this year’s installment, Even More Essential Tips for Exhibitors. We’ll introduce exhibitors to our newly designed Exhibitor Services Guide, get updates on official contractors, marketing tools, and sustainability opportunities, and learn how to maximize the IAAPA mobile app. Hear directly from experienced exhibitors as they share strategies to help you plan, prepare, and succeed at IAAPA Expo. This session is a must for new exhibitors and a valuable refresher for seasoned pros.

Booth Layout Form Submission - Required

3 DAYS UNTIL DEADLINE! ALL exhibitors, regardless of booth size or display type, are REQUIRED to complete the Booth Layout Form. Additional information is needed for booths 20ft x 20ft or larger, featuring inflatables, or are requesting a variance. Others may answer “No” to all and submit. Submit before the Sept. 12 deadline to avoid a late submission violation.

Audience Participation Safety Form Submission - Required

ALL exhibitors, regardless of booth size or display type, are REQUIRED to complete the Audience Participation Safety Form & Ride Registration. Additional information is needed if your booth includes a product or device that moves a participant through a fixed course (coin-op exempt). Others may select “None of the Above” and submit. Submit before the Oct. 3 deadline to avoid a late submission violation.

The Exhibitor Guest Program ensures your customers and prospects, members and non-members, can attend the trade show as your guest for FREE. This opportunity is perfect to provide a personalized benefit to customers, increase your visibility, and strengthen your relationships. Your Exhibitor Guest Pass Code is in your Exhibitor Resource Center and registrants can be tracked in your Exhibitor Registration dashboard.

Carpet and Drape Colors
The trade show floor is made up of 9 pavilions, each with its own carpet color to help attendees find companies easily. View the carpet color for your pavilion under the Drape and Aisle Carpet Colors here. Please remember, ALL exhibitors inside the exhibit hall must have floor covering within the entire booth space. Floor covering options are available through GES.

All linear, peninsula, and split island booths will receive divider drape to separate neighboring booths. Review booth configurations and drape colors here. Island booths do not receive drape as they are open on all four sides.

Always check the official vendor list or contact Exhibitors@IAAPA.org before engaging in business with an unfamiliar company. IAAPA does not sell or release attendee contact lists. Any offers claiming otherwise are scams. The best way to connect with attendees is through Connect+, IAAPA Expo’s official mobile app for networking, messaging, and scheduling meetings.
