Audience Participation Safety Form – Due by Oct. 2
ALL exhibitors are REQUIRED to complete the Audience Participation Safety Form & Ride Registration, and if your booth will include any of the listed activities with audience participation, provide additional information on your product(s). If none of the activities apply, just select "None of the Above" and submit.
The GES advance warehouse will begin accepting deliveries of crated shipments from IAAPA Expo exhibitors on Oct. 1. Address labels can also be printed from the GES IAAPA Expo site.
All exhibitors have a targeted freight arrival date for warehouse deliveries this year and your assignment can be found in the Inbound Targeted Floor Plans based on your booth color.
