Exhibitor Manual - Now Available!
The Exhibitor Manual for IAAPA Expo 2026 is now available, with everything you need to set yourself up for success including details on the expo schedule, booth guidelines, shipping, marketing tools, and rules and regulations. Please review it carefully, along with information from GES, the Orange County Convention Center, and other official contractors, to ensure you don’t miss any requirements that could delay move-in or setup.
Exhibitor Registration - Now Open!
You can now start registering your staff for badges and purchase special event tickets. Access Exhibitor Registration by clicking “Exhibitor Registration” in your Exhibitor Resource Center. Visit the IAAPA Expo Badges / Exhibitor Registration Information page to review badge guidelines, staff badge allotments, and all exhibitor badge information. Please be sure to register you and your team only through Exhibitor Registration in your Exhibitor Resource Center and do not register through the Individual or Group registration links.
Exhibitor Resource Center New Features - Now Available!
In addition to registration, new features now active in your Exhibitor Resource Center include a customizable checklist of deadlines and links to exhibitor required forms. Instructions on using your Checklist can be found here. Be sure to add other contacts from your company that should receive IAAPA Expo exhibitor correspondence like this bulletin. Exhibitor Guest Invitations - Now Available!
