As you begin your journey as an IAAPA Expo exhibitor, whether it is your first expo or 31st expo, we encourage you to take advantage of the information contained within this document and incorporate it into your planning along with the Exhibitor Manual.

The Exhibitor Guest Passes for customers/prospects will be available on-site, but encourage your guests to register in advance online. Login to your Exhibitor Resource Center and click on the Exhibitor Guest code section. Here you can see your guest code to share with your customers/prospects for them to insert in the discount code box on the checkout page of registration.
If sharing the code directly with your customers, please remind them that the code only includes their base admission ticket. If they are IAAPA members, the invite includes access to show floor with education conference. If they are a nonmember, the invite is for the show floor only. |
Now is an excellent time to confirm that your booth design complies with IAAPA Expo’s Booth Display Specifications for your specific booth type.
ALL exhibitors are REQUIRED to complete and submit the Booth Layout Form by Sept. 11 regardless of booth size. Additional information is required for booths that are 20ft x 20ft (6.10m x 6.10m) or larger, feature an inflatable of any size, or request a variance to the booth design specifications.
Please remember that IAAPA Expo is a cubic content show. Exhibitors are permitted to fully occupy the width and depth of the booth footprint up to the maximum allowable height based on your specific booth type. There are no sight lines restrictions within your booth space. |
